QUALITY OBJECTIVE

Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the implementation of activities involving organizational quality management namely:
MS ISO 9001: 2015
KIK UPSI
Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor UPSI Customer Satisfaction Survey implementation
Plan, implement and monitor implementation and prepare audit and benchmarking reports.
Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the implementation of activities involving the management of academic quality assurance namely:
Accreditation
Program Review
1.Ensure 60% documents of new program application and program reviews are prepared within the specified period.
2.Conduct at least one (1) MS 9001:2015 Awareness Program each year.
3.Conduct at least one (1) Internal Quality Auditors Workshop of MS ISO 9001: 2015 UPSI each year.
4.Ensure Quality Management Review Meeting (MKSPK) is conducted at least one (1) meeting each year.
5.Ensure Internal Quality Audit is conducted at least one (1) each year.
6.Ensure SIRIM Audit is conducted at least one (1) each year.
7.Ensure the Academic Program Compliance Audit (APPA) is conducted at least one (1) each year.
8.Ensure customer satisfaction survey at UPSI achieve a minimum of 3.0 points in overall.
